Bob Valentine with IAG Commercial represented the Seller (N & F Properties, LLC) of 201 West Burnsville Parkway, and Tony Weinstine of Weinstine Commercial, represented the Seller of 151 West Burnsville Parkway. The total sale of both properties was just over $5 Million.
The properties were quickly demolished and construction has begun on a 170-unit affordable housing project.
As part of this transaction, Bob Valentine represented N & F Properties to acquire Cliff Place Office Building at 4555 Erin Drive through a 1031 Exchange handled by Dawn Sattel and closed by Larry Mountain and Sophia Wilcowski of Land Title. Tony Weinstine represented the Seller, Healthy Spaces 14, LLC.
