IAG Commercial was hired by Shorepoint Church to assist with a difficult land search. Shorepoint is a rapidly growing church in the Pewaukee, WI area. They desired a location that was both visible and accessible to the surrounding area and allowed for a new 28,000 square feet facility with a sanctuary to seat 600 people. IAG Commercial inventoried available land options and worked with Shorepoint Church to identify the ideal location. After extensive research, including calls to many area landowners, a site was identified that involved three different ownership parties. IAG was able to assemble three parcels encompassing 10.8 acres and work with the City of Pewaukee to achieve the necessary rezoning and development approvals.
