Jefferson Lines has served the Midwest for over 100 years for their private bus transportation needs. With daily bus service to 14 states across the Midwest and the heartland, Jefferson Lines also partners with other bus transportation services to allow users to travel across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Jefferson Lines wanted to add a permanent depot for people they serve in Missoula, Montana. Jefferson Lines needed a property that was sized properly to allow for a terminal and multiple buses in and out of the property. Low traffic side streets were ideal but centrally located near highly populated areas of town.
Jefferson Lines reached out to IAG Commercial to help them with this process of buying a facility.
IAG Commercial was able to work closely with Jefferson and the seller to reach an agreeable price. IAG then assisted Jefferson Lines with the coordination of the building inspection, environmental survey, asbestos survey, lead report, well inspection, property survey, title commitment, and closing.
