Jeff LaFavre and Bob Valentine of IAG Commercial are excited to announce the sale of a 7.05-acre parcel of land in Cottage Grove at the intersection of 100th Street & Hadley Drive. The buyer, Norhart, plans to develop a multi-family project on the site. This sale is a part of the broader land portfolio that IAG Commercial has been actively selling on behalf of multiple landowners. To date, IAG Commercial has sold 392 acres for these landowners, leaving approximately 85 acres for single-family or medium-density development.
