IAG Commercial represented the PA NAM Corp, an Italian based company, in the successful closing of the Litho Technical Building in Bloomington, for $3.6 million.
IAG Commercial brokers, Bob Valentine and Jeff LaFavre worked with PA NAM Corp in defining the building needs, surveying and touring the market and negotiating the price with the seller, Taylor Corporation and their broker CBRE. IAG assisted in the architect and construction interviews and selection. Firm Ground is providing architectural services and Shaw-Lundquist is providing construction management services.
The Litho Technical Building is 64,183 square feet complete with office space, production and warehouse space. The building will serve as the U.S. headquarters and will fit the needs of PA NAM Corp., specializing in accessories for spraying and liquid transfer-moulds and plastic injection moulding for commercial use.
