IAG Commercial assists Spire Credit Union in Blaine  

Bloomington, MN 5/20/2020 — IAG Commercial represented Spire Credit Union in the successful closing on a land parcel at Northtown Mall in Blaine, MN

IAG Commercial represented Spire Credit Union to find and acquire the land to build a new credit union building.  The seller was Washington Prime Group.

The land is 2.086 acres, located at University Ave and County Road 10 in Blaine, MN.  The purchase price was $1.3 Million.
