IAG Commercial completes lease for OSI Physical Therapy
Bloomington, MN 6/11/2020 — IAG Commercial represented OSI Physical Therapy on the renewal of their lease at The Towers office building in Forest Lake, MN.
IAG Commercial agent, Jeff LaFavre, worked with The Towers and their representative from Gaughan Companies, Rozeanna Berg, to renew the healthcare related lease. IAG Commercial also worked with the Excelsior Group representative, Misty Bowe, on the co-tenancy for Summit Medical.
The Towers is located in Forest Lake, MN at 146 Lake Street North. The building space for OSI Physical Therapy is 4,943 sq. ft and for Summit Medical it is 1,446 sq. ft.
