IAG Commercial Property Sale of Buildings at West 7th Street and St. Peter Street in St Paul, MN
Bloomington, MN 5/15/2020 —IAG Commercial has represented a family limited partnership in the sale of two adjoining buildings to the Church of the Assumption in downtown St Paul for $1.1 million.
IAG Commercial assisted a family limited partnership in marketing the buildings and negotiating the price with the buyer. The buyer was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and their representative Paul Donovan.
The retail buildings were built in 1886 and 1902 at 467 and are located at 473 St Peter Street in St Paul, MN, respectively. Together they consist of 6 tenants and 10,400 total square feet.
Jeff Fenske of Fenske Law assisted the seller and Brandi Kerber of Larkin Hoffman assisted the buyer.
