Blake Hansen

Blake Hansen is a driven commercial real estate professional with experience in property management, leasing, financial oversight, and client                   representation. Blake has overseen more than 210,000 square feet of office and retail space, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong tenant relationships. He manages CAM reconciliations, real estate financial reporting, development project budgeting, and lease buildout coordination, bringing both operational and financial insight to every project.

Blake also supports commercial sales and leasing efforts through tenant and landlord representation, lease negotiations, renegotiations, and site acquisition services for both internal and external clients. His recent accomplishments   include representing the seller in a multi-million-dollar mixed-use property sale in downtown Stillwater, assisting with a 15-year dental office lease and $200K buildout in Woodbury, and independently closing a 5-year lease agreement for an insurance client in Burnsville.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from Bemidji State University and obtained his Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson License through the Minnesota Department of Commerce in 2025.
